  • Monday Barbell 101 - Upper body training based around progressive overload and wave loading. Tracking and managing progress.

  • Tuesday HYACK Chipper - High energy structured training format. With progressive increases each week.

  • Wednesday Battle Ropes / Core - Short intense HIIT, TABATA and 40/20 programming. Cardio core mixed with battle rope training.

  • Thursday HYACK Tailpipe - Intense cardio involving the use of kettlebells and agility ladders. Training your recovery using our 7 breath system.

  • Friday Barbells Lower Body / Glutes - Lower body training based around progressive overload and wave loading. Tracking and managing progress. Plyometrics and isolated glute training included.

  • City Run - Learn to run in a group. Running mixed with a city workout. Interval training on the go! Great for all levels or for those prepping for an organized event.

  • Muay Thai - A mix of kick boxing fundamentals and cardio pad and boxing bag work. High intensity and fun!

  • Wildcard - Anything goes! Come to class and find out what your trainer has in store for you.

  • Outdoors - Go back to where it all started! Outdoor training at a local park near the gym. Hand weights / yoga mat will be provided for you if required. Only available certain times of the year.

  • TRX Circuit - Suspension training mixed with plyometrics and hill sprints.
