Weight selection

Women: 25lb (or above) kettle bells / 12lb (or above) hand weights

Men: 40lb (or above) kettle bell / 20lb (or above) hand weights

Rules

Form must be PERFECT.

Burpees: To the ground

Push-ups: On toes and low

Thrusters / Squats: Deep and chest up

Your trainer will go over any additional form corrections if necessary.

Let us know before hand

You must let your trainer know if you will be chasing down a badge. They will then tell you if a rep counts or needs to be re-done.

badges can only be collected on week 2, 3 and 4 of the current Chipper in play.

6 week chipper badges can be collected on week 3, 4, 5 and 6.

only registered members of HYACK can earn badges. No drop-ins
